Backend Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to contribute to our mission of innovating the financial ecosystem and democratizing access to wealth management. Our team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Investment Transactions and Trading Platform Solution modules, developing change requests, and providing support to live clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in all phases of product development and enhancement including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure quality and maintainability of our products by designing technically sound solutions, identifying bugs, and providing assistance to our clients.
  • Become an expert in specific areas to contribute to general improvements of our products and take ownership of code components.
  • Support Product Owner with estimation of work packages.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience as a Software Developer.
  • Proven expertise in SQL; PL/SQL is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • A team player willing to collaborate and assist other team members.
  • Eagerness to learn and understand business needs.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Avaloq Technology is advantageous.
