HR & General Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & General Administration Supervisor to join our team at EMS Services Philippines Inc. in Laguna Technopark.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the HRGA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day activities. They will also be responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, OSH, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with departments to understand organizational goals and objectives, aligning HRGA initiatives accordingly.
- Lead and supervise the HRGA team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Oversee and develop HRGA programs, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, OSH, and administration.
- Evaluate compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications to maintain the organization's competitive position in the market.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law, and communicate these changes to leaders, managers, top management, and the HRGA team.
- Monitor department requisition procedures and ensure all orders are documented and accounted for.
- Participate in the department budget planning and manage the HRGA budget.
- Supervise and coordinate the efficient management of administrative services.
- Provide assistance in the travel and overseas-related functions of management and its employees.
- Analyze HRIS data to identify trends and develop strategies in improving HR processes.
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management/Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR management or supervisory role.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in job description and job evaluation.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Thorough understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and Labor Standard.
