Job Title:

IT Support Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage application deployments using approved software tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Own incidents and requests until resolution, maintaining customer satisfaction by keeping them informed and collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Provide intermediate-level administration for all systems, including VPN support, phone/voicemail management, and network infrastructure maintenance.

Requirements:
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a service desk environment, providing top-notch support and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft technologies, including the MS Office suite, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows 10, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including cabling and wireless connectivity, remote access (VPN), IP telephony, and mobile device support.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and Active Directory, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to support delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Servicenow, Salesforce, Share Point, and Point of Sales (POS) systems, with experience in implementing and integrating these tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundation principles and practices, ensuring alignment with industry best standards.
  • Understanding of the retail industry, with knowledge of its unique challenges and requirements.
