Clinical specialists play a crucial role in the delivery of quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing revenue cycle management.
As a clinical specialist, you will be responsible for handling credentialing needs for clients, including collecting necessary documentation, assisting providers with payer forms, and responding to inquiries. Your ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in US-based credentialing processes and be familiar with the US medical insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely credentialing tasks, including document collection, payer form assistance, and provider inquiry resolution.
- Maintain accurate client information using online databases and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the implementation of automated workflow management systems, providing requirements to software developers and reviewing system implementation.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in US-based credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Affinity for working autonomously and self-motivated.
- Credentialing certification is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Prompt communication and collaboration across time zones.
- Reliable internet access at home or on-the-go.
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM for efficient data processing.
