Customer Service Representative Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional support to clients as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system.

  • This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • A previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
