Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as providing expert analysis and insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in month-end close processes, intercompany accounting, and financial modeling. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide expert analysis and insights to inform business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models, including three-way forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certifications: CA or CPA qualified with Australia or New Zealand experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience, with experience leading month-end close processes and managing intercompany accounting.
  • Skills: High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and three-way forecasting, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
