Automotive Support Specialist

This role combines technical knowledge with exceptional customer service skills to provide expert support to automotive dealers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers and technicians via phone, email, or chat to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Analyze reported problems, identify root causes, and provide clear solutions to ensure efficient problem resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- 2-4 year Automotive Technology program or equivalent job experience.
- Certifications: State or ASE Certified.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician or related field.
- Expert understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and empathetic customer interactions.
