Strategic Parts and Service Optimization Analyst

This is a critical role that contributes to the success of our organization by leveraging AI technology to enhance operational efficiency globally.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead strategic operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role, with demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory and service, leading growth strategies, and overseeing all aspects of parts and service management.

In addition, they will develop and execute growth strategies, identify and implement cost reduction opportunities, and maintain an organized service job schedule.

The candidate will also oversee all parts and service operations to ensure seamless performance, manage inventories and their accuracy, and assign work based on technician strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize inventory and service to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead growth strategies, including identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain an organized service job schedule, assign work based on technician strengths, and ensure accurate work orders.
  • Oversee all parts and service operations to ensure seamless performance, manage inventories and their accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster business growth.
  • Knowledge of trailer repair, maintenance, welding, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
