Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee accounting operations for short-term rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities for multiple properties.
- Reconcile bank and merchant accounts, as well as booking platform payouts.
- Track income, taxes, fees, and commissions from various platforms.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Collaborate with property managers or hosts regarding budget adherence and expense tracking.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and tax filings.
- Support budgeting and financial planning for seasonal cycles.
Requirements:
- Accounting experience, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with experience in short-term rental tools a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/accounts.
