
Healthcare Account Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused representative to support our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
You will also be responsible for analyzing customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office is required.
- You must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
