We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive exceptional results.

This role is designed for a strategic and creative marketing professional who can strengthen brand presence across various industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving social media growth, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights that directly support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns highlighting key projects and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing data-driven insights for differentiation.
  • Generate regular marketing reports, including social media analytics and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective campaigns that drive qualified leads.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends is essential. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is also required. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and organizational skills are necessary to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
