Job Title: Call Center Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to manage our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team management, and process improvement.

The team lead will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, assigning tickets and new tasks based on team members' skills and workload capacity, conducting regular quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement, handling complex customer issues and escalations, identifying and suggesting process improvements, and preparing and presenting regular reports on team performance, challenges, and achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as Tier 2 TSE with mastery of network equipment such as APs, switches, and gateways.

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
