About the Job
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our marketing team. As part of our distributor relations team, you'll play a vital role in advancing our movement. Your primary responsibility will be to execute agency management and governance in assigned sectors to drive Activation & Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct agency meetings, leaders' meetings, performance review meetings, business planning, career orientation programs, training programs, management programs, and planning sessions as required.
  • Aid the agencies under the sector with the promotion and monitoring of sales and recruitment programs and campaigns.
  • Undertake recruitment activities to increase the number of leaders and agents.
  • Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies/units through ACE and Business Reviews.
