Job Description

As a key member of our team at Citadel Shipping Services, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strong analytical and communication skillset, as well as excellent written and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts and turn sales leads into actual sales
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure compliance with processing rules and protect customers and the company financially
  • Build a strong pool of local and international partners, including shipping lines and NVOCCs
  • Plan, execute, and monitor sales and bookings according to company policy and management support
  • Build customer loyalty and maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and sales visits
  • Responsible for the external and internal development of assigned accounts
  • Constantly seek to develop new customers and grow relationships with existing ones
  • Sell all logistics solutions services when appropriate and according to Citadel's capabilities and client needs
  • Recommend the most suitable transport offer to customers and prospects based on their needs and requirements, and propose alternative solutions if needed
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures related to offers and quotations, ensuring all offers and quotations require management approval prior to client presentation
