Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Employees and Daily Operations: Manage HR department staff, maintain HR systems, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  2. Recruitment and Employee Record Management: Lead recruitment efforts, prepare employment contracts, and maintain accurate employee records.
  3. Training and Development: Identify and provide necessary training to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  4. Payroll and Attendance Monitoring: Oversee payroll processes, monitor attendance, and manage leave policies.
  5. Performance Review and Appraisal: Facilitate regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure employee growth and development.
  6. Compensation and Benefits Oversight: Ensure fair compensation and benefits packages align with company policies and industry standards.
  7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  8. Company Culture Shaping: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
