Digital Marketing Key Support Specialist

Work with our global team to provide expert support for digital marketing and tool operations.
This is a fully remote, full-time position that requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Provide real-time support via internal chat for issues related to Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and other tools.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and offer solutions to improve outcomes for Founders.
- Collaborate with teams to create resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to address recurring knowledge gaps.
- Assist in Founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles.
- Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
- Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations.
