
Bookkeeper (Financial Records Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and provide support for financial reporting.
The Role- Create or maintain detailed records of financial transactions using various accounting systems.
- Process invoicing, accounts receivable, and bills through expense management software and accounts payable.
- Manage payroll through a reliable payroll service.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances, and provide support for audits by external entities.
- Compile reports showing key statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other important items pertinent to the operation of the business.
- Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare a balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current and projected company financial position.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper/staff accountant including account reconciliation and work paper preparation experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Prior experience with manufacturing or construction is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, and reporting preparation.
