Job Title: Senior Quality Evaluator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Senior Quality Evaluator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and audit inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report results to stakeholders, including leadership, operations, and clients, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in calibration sessions, call listening sessions, and internal quality audits to maintain scoring consistency and best practices.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of company products, services, and strategies, as well as industry trends.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Meet departmental productivity requirements, including the number of calls monitored and emails evaluated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and entry-level job with little or no prior relevant work experience.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires basic skills to perform routine tasks. The successful candidate will be able to acquire skills and work under close supervision or clearly defined procedures.
