Network Operations Center Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Center Engineer to monitor networks and systems, handle incident tickets, coordinate with field engineers, and ensure smooth operations for global clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor network performance to prevent outages and ensure operational stability.
  • Track and log work progress in ticketing systems (Splunk, MS Teams, Salesforce).
  • Respond promptly to alerts and incident tickets.
  • Dispatch field engineers or technicians as needed and coordinate job activities.
  • Facilitate parts or equipment dispatch when required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, field engineers, and customers.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, job updates, and resolutions accurately.
  • Provide high-quality customer support with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations preferred.
  • Experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with a headset and company-issued laptop.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and escalate when needed.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours including nights.
Training and Support
  • One-week onboarding and hands-on training provided.
  • Initial 1:1 support with a field engineer, scaling up to multiple project responsibilities.
  • Ongoing guidance and collaboration with experienced engineers.
