We are seeking a Data Analyst, Forecasting to join our Analytics team. This role will play a critical part in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights.

About the Role

This Data Analyst, Forecasting will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards to support key business functions such as marketing, operations, and sales. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions using SQL, Excel, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Analytics members on data and business strategy projects.
  • Develop product forecasts supporting the company's growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve problems.
