Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting environment, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and driving business growth.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing reporting requirements, building and maintaining data pipelines, and designing scalable data architecture.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel, with hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure. You will also have a knack for process documentation, training, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyse reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support founders with financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralised data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualisations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Skilled in data cleansing, integrating multiple datasets, and building reliable, structured data systems.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Process-driven with a knack for clear documentation and training.
