Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Planning Specialist with a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. This role is ideal for someone who can operate across both high-level financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.

  • Manage full-cycle financial processes, including month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Perform hands-on financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning
  • Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
