Analytical Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Apptain GmbH.
As a key member of our data-driven team, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences for Chaty users across Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with our Engineers to develop and implement measurement specifications for new features, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement plans to track user behavior and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineers to prepare measurement specifications for new features, ensuring seamless integration into our agile development process.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, planning, and backlog refinements as part of an agile product development team.
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Proficient in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, correlation, etc.
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect, analyze, and generate actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
