Reporting Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reporting Analyst with expertise in Power BI to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Provide insights and make recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Conduct full lifecycle analysis to identify improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide ongoing reports.
  • Recognize and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with business stakeholders to collect and understand data requirements.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure data quality.
  • Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with other corporate tools and applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues within Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Implement best practices to enhance report loading and rendering times.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on Power BI usage.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing data issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role in a BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good report writing and presenting skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or up).
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection and Power Outage Backup.
  • Dual Monitor.
