Marketing Data Analyst Job

Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in marketing data? We're seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to create clear, accurate, and insightful weekly and monthly client reports. This role plays a critical part in keeping clients informed about their campaign performance across major platforms.

You'll work directly with internal teams to consolidate performance metrics from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot, and transform that data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on accuracy and clarity
  • Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance
  • Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission
  • Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality
  • Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role
  • Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports
  • Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines
  • Interested in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms
