Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our tax functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws, and supporting the organization's financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop tax strategies to ensure tax compliance and mitigate risks
  • Provide advice and resolve tax inquiries, issues, and assessments
  • Set tax accounting standards and improve tax accounting practices within the department or organization
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for tax refunds and exemptions
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns
  • Review tax GL accounts and tax data required across different master data objects
  • Recommend settlements of tax audits or disputes from external and internal perspectives
  • Interpret new tax rulings and assess impact on the organization
  • Provide advice on applying existing tax rulings to new situations

Requirements:

  • Mid-Senior level experience in tax management
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
