Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales process, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for our recruitment solutions.

Your primary focus will be on researching and reaching out to potential clients via email, calls, and other platforms to introduce our services. You'll also build relationships with these leads and qualify them for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an updated CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Requirements
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on recruiting/staffing industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
  • You possess excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
  • You are independent and motivated, comfortable working remotely.
  • You are familiar with US-based recruiting practices.
