Job Overview

A highly skilled Investigative Analyst is needed to ensure the security and integrity of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate security management, investigation, litigation, intelligence, and data analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Analyze: Collect, analyze, and preserve evidence in support of corporate investigations and claw back procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance to SPX Physical Security Policies.
  • Conduct Site Visits: Visit hubs to identify irregularities that may lead to fraud, theft, and other security concerns that may result in loss of company assets.
  • Communicate Effectively: Interact with the hub community regarding sensitive issues in a professional manner.
  • Document Investigations: Summarize and document the investigative steps and evidence that support the decision reached in the investigation.
  • Independently Investigate: Independently investigate and resolve cases that require in-depth analysis and work within a team unit to optimize success.
  • Review Events: Effectively review and investigate events to identify, correct, and prevent fraudulent behaviors.
  • Analyze Data: Gather evidence and make informed decisions and conclusions by applying deductive reasoning and analysis that leads to case resolution.
  • Identify Irregularities: Analyze relevant data of company information systems relevant to investigations to identify irregularities.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Effectively communicate with different departments of the company in eliciting needed evidence.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred / Security Certifications.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 2 years relevant to corporate security management, investigation, litigation, intelligence, and data analytics. Investigation and project management skills.
  • Mobility and Adaptability: Mobility. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Solutions-Oriented: Able to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective manner.
  • Issue Identification: Able to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised via emails and make necessary recommendations.
  • Self-Management: Possess self-management skills.
  • Time Management: Able to efficiently organize own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment.
  • Team Player: Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
