We're seeking an accomplished Property Management Assistant to join our team As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide high-level executive support, manage listings, prepare contracts, and maintain compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the U.S. real estate or property management industry, be proficient in Hubspot and/or AppFolio, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will work closely with our leadership team to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and travel arrangements, while also contributing to our social media presence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage property-related administrative tasks, such as listings, contracts, and compliance
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage CRM and social media campaigns (preferred)
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred)
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
