Property Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned property management professional to oversee the following key responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Ensuring lease compliance through regular monitoring and follow-up with tenants.
  • Managing financial aspects, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Maintaining knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to real estate, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Accurately managing property transactions, including entering bills for payment and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Negotiating and maintaining effective vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Financial & Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions.
