About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective tenant communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management: Lead the maintenance process from start to finish, including work order triage, vendor coordination, tracking, and timely completion.
  • Tenant Relations & Concern Resolution: Proactively resolve tenant concerns and inquiries, serving as a primary point of contact for residents.
  • Proactive PM Support & On-Site Coordination: Provide comprehensive support to our on-site Property Manager, coordinating all necessary on-site activities and providing detailed instructions and checklists.
  • Data Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records and property data within AppFolio, ensuring meticulous organization.
  • Rent Collection: Assist with timely rent collection processing, including sending late notices and supporting collection efforts.

Role Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Appfolio or similar tools (training will be provided).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to drive remote operational efficiency.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent detailed communication skills.
  • A strong aptitude for administrative support in a remote setting.
