We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Streaming Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing best practice data-led integration architectures using Kafka.

  • Lead the solution design and implementation of scalable and secure data integration solutions using Kafka.
  • Engage with clients to understand their event and data streaming challenges and provide tailored integration solutions.
  • Mentor and guide the data streaming team to foster an environment of learning and personal growth.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering complex Kafka implementation projects.
  • At least 3-5 years of senior consulting and solution design experience with Kafka or Amazon MSK.
  • Demonstrable consulting expertise with a strong ability to engage and advise clients on their integration and data streaming initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of tackling complex integration challenges.

About You

Requirements
  • Advanced Kafka experience preferably gained in a Confluent or Amazon MSK environment.
  • Extensive experience designing and building solutions using distributed technologies and data frameworks with Kafka, Flink, Spark, and Hadoop.
  • Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning and troubleshooting.
