Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in this mid-senior level position responsible for designing, developing and executing comprehensive manual test cases and test plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and understand software requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
  • Identify, document and track software defects using a defect tracking system.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new changes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA specialists.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
