The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves handling policy processing activities such as new policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.

Maintaining accurate and organized client files and policy records is crucial for this role.

Entering policy information into the insurance management system accurately and efficiently is another key responsibility.

The selected candidate must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, the individual should have experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing and a thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

This job demands a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required for this position.

This is a 100% remote work opportunity.

Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied Epic, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems would be an advantage.

Dual-monitor setup is mandatory for this role.

Windows OS only is accepted for this position.
