Financial Operations Manager

At our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Manager.
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. This includes managing invoicing, collections, and vendor payments, as well as reconciling inventory balances regularly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in process improvement and cost savings. They will work closely with our leadership team to optimize spending and improve EBITDA.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly financial rhythms to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Reconcile inventory balances regularly and collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory processes.
- Analyze operational expenses monthly to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursement to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
- Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
