Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage full-cycle accounting processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting operations
  • Assisting in monthly and year-end close processes
  • Maintaining and reconciling financial data
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Preparing financial reports and assisting with tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Providing audit support

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks in a professional setting
  • Preferred: Background in e-commerce or retail accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
