Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting outbound sales efforts by identifying and engaging prospective customers across Southern California. This role focuses on prospect research, outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings for the internal team.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a list of prospective retail, foodservice, and institutional buyers
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Follow pre-approved scripts and messaging templates provided by the client
- Schedule meetings or introductory calls for the internal team
- Log outreach activity, feedback, and follow-ups in shared tracking tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets)
- Participate in weekly syncs to review performance and adjust strategies based on feedback
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Highly organized and proactive in managing outreach activities and follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-oriented environment
