Lead Interior Designer & 3D Visualisation Specialist\

Job Description:

  • Develop and lead design concepts for luxury interiors, focusing on full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.\
  • Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, and other industry-standard tools.\
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes to ensure cohesive design excellence.\
  • Collaborate closely with the Director and site team to deliver on-budget, buildable designs that meet client expectations.\
  • Attend client meetings and site visits, either virtually or in-person, to provide exceptional customer service.\
  • Prepare high-impact presentations that showcase designs and communicate effectively with clients.\\

Requirements:

  • Proven background in interior design with a strong portfolio of 3D visualisation work.\
  • Mastery of SketchUp (essential) and proficiency in V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.\
  • Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow.\
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail skills.\
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.\
  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects under tight timelines.\\
