A talented and creative interior designer is sought for construction details. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and utilizing 3D modeling software to visualize and present design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
- Create detailed construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of design concepts and presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
