Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design software, experience with various design plans, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design.
  • Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications.
  • Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations.
  • Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements.
Required Skills
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp with proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs).
  • Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans.
  • Strong skills in wall decoration and detailing.
  • Capability to create accurate and detailed schedules.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
