Logistics Operations Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions. This role focuses on identifying and implementing improvements that enhance logistics performance across Amazon and Shopify channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of Amazon and Shopify order management platforms and integration tools to ensure seamless transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategize end-to-end supply chain operations alongside the Head of Supply Chain, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
