Loan Assistant Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the loan application process from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with the broker to gather client information and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the broker throughout the loan application process.
  • Gathering client information and liaising with clients directly.
  • Preparing loan comparisons and packaging client loan applications.
  • Ensuring data entry requirements are accurate and all supporting documentation is complete.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years Australian experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry.
  • Experience with aggregator CRM software and applyonline/Simpology (loanapp) lodgment systems.
  • Passion for delivering quality client outcomes.
  • Understanding of data privacy, best interest duty, and responsible lending legislation.
  • Accountability and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive and high-paced environment.
