Mortgage Assistant Professional

This is a professional opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Assistant to provide administrative support in the mortgage broking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support Mortgage Brokers with Loan Applications, Verifying Client Documents, and Ensuring Compliance.

  • Prepare and Submit Loan Applications to Lenders, Maintaining Accurate Records.

  • Communicate Effectively with Clients, Lenders, and Third Parties to Resolve Loan Progress.

  • Manage CRM System, Updating Loan Statuses and Client Records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ Years Experience in Australian Mortgage Support or Back-Office Loan Processing.

  • Strong Background in Preparing, Submitting, and Tracking Loan Applications for Australian Lenders and Aggregators.

  • Familiarity with CRM Tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Industry-Specific Systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cloud Collaboration Tools.

  • Excellent Communication and Document Management Skills with High Attention to Detail.

  • Ability to Build Rapport, Explain Mortgage Processes Simply, and Manage Multiple Active Loan Files.
