Senior Mortgage Broker Assistant Role

This pivotal position supports mortgage brokers in end-to-end loan processing, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
  • Stay up-to-date with lender policies, products, and industry changes
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks for smooth daily operations
  • Handle lodgements, compliance checks, pricing requests, variations, and discharges
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating with brokers and clients as needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
