Job Overview

The role of Mortgage Loan Coordinator is to support the broker in achieving settlement targets by managing data entry into various systems, preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans, and ensuring all settled files are compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with lenders to lodge new applications and follow through to approval & settlement.
  • Communicating with clients to keep them updated on progress.
  • Organizing valuations with lenders and booking settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Ensuring all settled files meet compliance requirements.
  • Keeping track of commission payments and updating the CRM application tracker.
  • Providing excellent customer service and diary management.
Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or up.
  • Own computer with necessary software installed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software is required.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for interacting with clients and brokers.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is vital.
  • Effective time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
