As a Publishing Coordinator, you will serve as a key contributor to our team, helping bring creative ideas to life and ensuring the smooth development and promotion of our titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the development of children's books from concept to publication by coordinating with freelancers, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with illustrators, ghostwriters, and other freelancers to bring creative ideas to life.

• Review and provide feedback on drafts, organize and maintain book-related files and documentation, and support promotional efforts including basic advertising and content preparation for listings.

Content Support:

• Help strategize and execute marketing campaigns across online platforms, research best practices for self-publishing platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP), and assist in formatting and preparing manuscripts for publication.

• Keep track of royalties, sales, and promotional results as needed and must have at least 1 year experience in publishing, editorial support, or project coordination in a creative field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of publishing platforms like KDP or IngramSpark, experience with graphic design tools or basic book formatting, and background in marketing or social media promotion for creative products.
