Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, supporting clients in various industries such as finance, banking, and retail. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with C-level clients.

Requirements
  • University majoring in Economics or IT
  • Minimum of five years sales experience in B2B
  • Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills with C-level clients
  • Native speakers (Japanese) or foreigners living in Japan, with deep knowledge about Japanese culture and Japan's working processes
  • Fluent Japanese & English communication, good presentation skills in Japanese and English
