Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping innovative building projects that prioritize energy efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for various building projects.
  • Prepare energy compliance reports, including COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with green building goals.
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies to minimize environmental impact.
  • Analyze and solve engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in energy design or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, as well as knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
