Business Finance Strategist

About our organization:
- We are a 12-year-old consumer brand in an outdoors category.
- We operate through mass market retailers and direct-to-consumer as a monthly subscription box.
The role of Senior Financial Analyst will own FP&A workflows, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and support strategic initiatives across our omnichannel business. This includes:
- Maintaining and updating our dynamic operating model
- Supporting budget creation and monthly reforecasting cycles
- Delivering recurring financial dashboards and insights on revenue, margin, COGS, working capital, and EBITDA by channel
- Reconciling inventory data across platforms
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Build and enhance Excel/Google Sheets models
- Automate workflows and reporting using AI tools and macros where appropriate
- Assist in preparing finance packages and investor updates with a high level of accuracy, presentation quality, and insight
We're looking for an experienced and analytically sharp individual with technical and business acumen, including 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, and advanced modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
