Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who are seeking speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will respond to inbound leads via phone and text, guiding them through the intake process and answering basic questions about our services.
  • Using proprietary tools, you will estimate out-of-pocket insurance costs and match patients with appropriate therapists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility.
  • You will schedule evaluations and follow-ups using electronic health records (EHR) and calendar tools.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications and outcomes across multiple practices will be an essential part of your duties.
Requirements:
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple systems is crucial for success in this role.
  • You should be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer relationship management (CRM) software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
